A total of approximately 80 acres of the 500 acre ranch are presently committed to grapes. The Newmans grow premium; Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot for winery partners including; Francis Ford Coppola Winery, Rodney Strong and Treasury Wine Estates.

With an eye towards the future the Newmans refresh older blocks, experiment with the latest plant materials, trellis systems, infrastructure and viticultural practices.  Their emphasis being the relentless pursuit of premium quality Knights Valley wine grapes.
